1. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Successful airtime deliveries
  • Incorrect recipient numbers or country codes entered by the user
  • User change of mind

2. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • The airtime was not delivered due to a system error
  • You were charged more than once for the same transaction
  • The transaction failed but your account was debited

3. Requesting a Refund

Email support@clickairtime.com within 7 days of the transaction with:

  • Transaction reference
  • Date and time
  • Recipient number
  • Amount
  • Reason for refund

4. Refund Processing

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
